Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how DigiVort uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and client portal. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between page views, such as whether you are signed in or which language you chose.

Cookies we use

We keep cookies to a minimum and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Essential cookies. These are needed for the website and portal to work and cannot be switched off in our systems:

  • Session cookie: keeps your session active as you move between pages and, in the portal, keeps you signed in
  • Security token (CSRF): protects forms against cross-site request forgery
  • Preference cookie: remembers choices such as language or theme

Session cookies expire when you close your browser or sign out. Preference cookies last up to 12 months.

First-party analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics that run on our own servers. They help us understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited and how the site performs. This data is not shared with advertising networks, is not used to build profiles of you, and is not combined with data from other websites. IP addresses are shortened or anonymized before storage where possible.

What we do not use

  • Advertising, retargeting or social media tracking pixels
  • Third-party analytics that send your browsing data to outside companies
  • Cookies that track you across other websites

If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential third-party cookies.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only some, or delete them when you close the browser. If you block essential cookies, some parts of the website, including forms and the client portal, may not work properly.
